I am here to help you understand and address the physiological mechanisms underlying your physical, mental, and emotional health. By identifying the underlying imbalances that may be contributing to your health issues, I can tailor my recommendations to meet your specific needs.

I base my therapy on the fundamental principles of nutrition, plant therapy, stress management techniques, and other natural remedies such as foot reflexology and dry cupping.

I emphasize manual therapies as an integral part of my treatment plans. During follow-up consultations, I will offer you, depending on your personal situation and preferences:

- Back massage (Breuss massage) - 60 minutes - CHF 120

- Foot reflexology massage - 60 minutes - CHF 120

- Detoxification through dry cupping therapy - 60 minutes - CHF 120

My treatments are individualised and based on your life journey and goals. Therefore, you will have a questionnaire to fill out before our first appointment.

The first naturopathy consultation lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours to gather as much information as possible about your physical, mental, and emotional health. It is charged at CHF 180. After this session, I will work on your personalised program, which I will present to you during our second consultation a few days later, charged at CHF 120 like all follow-up consultations. A minimum of two consultations is therefore necessary.

Payment methods - Twint or cash.

If you are unable to attend, please let me know 24 hours in advance so that the appointment is not charged to you.

I am certified with the RME, so consultations are covered by supplementary insurance depending on your contract.

I can work in collaboration with your general practitioner and can keep them informed of my approaches, should you so wish. My goal is to empower you to you make informed decisions and guide you on your journey towards optimal health and well-being.
