I am here to help you understand and address the physiological mechanisms underlying your physical, mental, and emotional health. By understanding these mechanisms—be it neurotransmitter or hormone fluctuations, acid-base balance, or metabolism—we can collaboratively identify the approach that best suits you to achieve complete and holistic health.

I base my therapy on the fundamental principles of nutrition, plant therapy and some manual practices such as hydrotherapy or Breuss massage, along with relaxation and breathing techniques. My practice is grounded in my extensive studies in naturopathy (traditional European medicine) and supported by numerous clinical studies that validate naturopathy as an effective method for preventing and treating various disorders and conditions.

I work in synergy with your primary care physician (if you have one) and can keep them informed, should you wish, of my methods and progress to guide your body towards self-healing.
