What is a naturopathic consultation?

It involves respecting the nature and abilities of each person, taking charge by a therapist to restore harmony between your body and your health.

My role is to support you in determining the changes to be made in your life to recover an optimal state of health. Each patient is unique: it is therefore a question of listening to you, of hearing you, to better understand your way of functioning.

After a health assessment, I will advise you and explain to you how reflexology and naturopathy, among others, can help you. Responding as closely as possible to expectations and the need to do no harm are for me fundamental principles that I strive to respect as best I can in my practice.

As part of this personalized approach and with nearly 33 years of experience in personal care, I use several different and complementary care techniques.
