Trained as a nutritionist and olfactotherapist, my vision of the human being is holistic.

I'm fascinated by human functioning and the impact that food has on our bodies, without forgetting that our food choices also have an influence on our Earth.

My aim is to help you take care of yourself and discover a more conscious and caring way of eating. One that will enable you to make deep and lasting changes to your eating habits, without frustration or guilt.

Olfactotherapy, a psycho-emotional method that uses the scent and vibration of certain essential oils, is a great help in dealing with eating behaviors that condition us. Such as addictions (especially to sugar), the constant control of what we eat or the duality (good-evil) of our food choices.

It's also effective on stress, which is co-responsible for numerous pathologies, and on our weight.

On a therapeutic level, olfactotherapy is fast and effective for accompanying: fears, anxiety, stress, emotional blockages, traumas, bereavements, recurring physical pain and also addictions (food, tobacco, alcohol).

General history, review of your state of health. Discussion of the reason for consultation.

Objective: find the cause of your suffering.

Nutritional plan to be completed for second consultation.

• Second consultation (1h30): CHF 150.00

Study of your eating plan and implementation of therapeutic axes, taking into account your desires, personal needs and lifestyle, as well as your resistance.

Establishment of a follow-up plan over several weeks or months, according to your wishes.

• Follow-up nutrition consultations: 120.-- CHF / hour
• Follow-up nutrition + olfactotherapy consultations (2h): 150.-- CHF
• Olfactotherapy consultations (1h30) : 120.-- CHF
