Mrs. Sophie Pecquet is a nutritionist specializing in microbiology and clinical and pediatric nutrition. With over 25 years of experience in scientific research, she focuses her expertise on studying the gut microbiota and its role in maintaining health balance.

After earning a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, she pursued further training in Adult Nutrition at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Paris VI, followed by a specialization in Pediatric Nutrition with the ESPGHAN.
