Ms Rachel Richterich 

I am Rachel Richterich, a practitioner passionate about health and well-being, with a holistic approach to nutrition. After an academic journey marked by a master's degree in medieval history, I began my career as an economic journalist. However, my experience of motherhood profoundly transformed my perception of food, prompting me to question what I consume as well as what I wish to offer my children.

Faced with a multitude of dietary dogmas, I decided to explore the world of nutrition more deeply. My experience in journalism allowed me to understand the challenges of our food system, agro-industry, and agricultural practices, as well as their ethical, environmental, and health impacts. This quest for answers led me to a career change into the field of nutrition.

Consultations and Care

My consultations and care are conducted by appointment, from Monday to Saturday, with the option for nutrition consultations via videoconference. The rates are as follows:

• 1 hour: 130 CHF
• 1 hour 30: 170 CHF
• Drainage Renata França (body and face): 170 CHF
• Discount rate of 70 CHF for children and adolescents under 18 years old.

Payment can be made in cash, by card, or via Twint at the end of the consultation. As an ASCA-certified practitioner, some of my services may be reimbursed by complementary insurance. I encourage you to check with your insurer.
