Ms Cheila Carvalho

I am Cheila Carvalho, a therapist specialized in lymphatic drainage, holding more than three diplomas and deeply passionate about women’s well-being. Mother of two girls, I co-founded in 2021, together with my partner Joana Cardoso, a space dedicated to health and aesthetics. Together, we’ve trained in Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Thailand. Our mission: to help every woman, especially those affected by lipedema, feel free, confident, and comfortable in their bodies.
