Ms Joana Cardoso

I am Joana Cardoso, therapist and esthetician, with over three certifications in lymphatic drainage, passionate about supporting women towards well-being. Since 2021, alongside my friend Cheila Carvalho, I pursue continuous learning, enriched by training in Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Thailand. Our center is more than a therapeutic space: it’s a place of care and listening, where every woman, particularly those facing lipedema, is welcomed with respect and attention.
