Brahim Obeida
Sensitive, open-minded, and a long-time user of natural therapies. Even as a child, I preferred alternative medicine over allopathy to heal certain ailments.
Although I have always wanted to pursue therapy, I had to wait as I initially started my professional career as an IT specialist. I hold a CFC in a field that, while interesting, was not my true calling. During my apprenticeship, I simultaneously began training in alternative therapies, starting with Reiki.
My journey on the path of therapy and helping others began in my childhood with the encounter of my first practitioner. It continued through my various trainings, which allowed me to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary to, in turn, help others. This journey continues today through my encounters at my practice or elsewhere. I enrich myself with this knowledge every day.
I hope this path will continue tomorrow with more encounters, training, and experiences that allow me to grow and learn more about the world around us, but most importantly, about myself...
My Approach
With origins lying between the East and the West, my approach to health and my philosophy serve as a bridge between these two cultures. Most of my methods are Western, yet I like to practice them with an Eastern perspective. Whether it is Traditional Chinese Medicine, with its unique approach to organs and emotions, Ayurvedic medicine and its understanding of the chakras as energy centers, or even the Pharaonic medicine that has significantly influenced modern medicine.
Humans, our feelings, and emotions are what truly matter. Most often, the symptoms of our illnesses and ailments are just a consequence of these. I aim to support every person who seeks my help so that health, lightness, and humor can regain their rightful place.
My Methods
The therapies offered at the institute are designed to help you on your journey to healing, as well as your personal development. The main techniques provided are Reiki, Massage, and Bach Flower Remedies. These are meant to ensure the patient’s comfort while remaining attentive to their expectations.
Massages
Massage is undoubtedly the most widespread and popular therapeutic practice. It is well known for relaxing and soothing those who receive it. However, this ancient technique offers many more benefits, facilitating healing and well-being for everyone.
Reflexology
A therapy focused on reflex zones, mainly on the feet. Gentle and natural, it induces a deep state of relaxation, increases vital energy, and stimulates the body's healing processes, allowing harmony to take place. It enables energetic, physical, and emotional release while remaining non-invasive.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Lymph is perhaps the most overlooked fluid in the human body, yet one of the most important, alongside blood.
Unlike blood, lymph has no dedicated pump to circulate it, yet a well-functioning lymphatic system is crucial for a strong immune system, proper healing, and many other bodily functions.
Bach Flower Remedies
Remedies developed by an English doctor, Dr. Edward Bach, who gave them his name. One of the best-known remedies is Rescue, but the floral essences comprise 38 different remedies that enable deep work on all psycho-emotional aspects, supporting individuals at every stage of life.
Energy Healing
My energy healing treatments are a blend of magnetism and Reiki. Practiced through the laying on of hands, they allow for the re-harmonization of the body, mind, and energy centers.
These sessions are journeys that lead to deep relaxation and self-reconnection...
So, enjoy your journey!
