With four years of experience in wellness and body care, I specialize in lymphatic drainage, therapeutic massage, and foot reflexology. My background, enriched by training in techniques such as cupping, Thai massage, visceral massage, and other methods, has allowed me to develop precise skills and a holistic approach for each client, addressing their individual needs and overall well-being.

I primarily provide treatments for athletes and post-operative care, enabling me to relieve pain and support the body's recovery process.

I use the Vodder method of lymphatic drainage in post-operative therapy or for other specific cases, and the Renata method for general wellness. Applications include:
