Who am I?
Caring and gentle, I am recognized for my sensitivity and genuine interest in others. Previously very shy, I long preferred the role of a discreet observer rather than taking center stage among my friends. This position helped me develop a strong sense of listening and keen observational skills, essential for understanding the behaviors and emotions of those around me. I deeply appreciate authentic interactions, simplicity, and am drawn to a back-to-basics lifestyle.
In my free time, I cherish family moments, gardening, painting, walking in nature, and cooking.
I am married to a charming man from Valais, and I'm the mother of an adorable little girl born in 2022.
Why Kinesiology?
Like many teenagers, I faced considerable stress during my first school exams. Being a perfectionist, I put tremendous pressure on myself, which quickly became overwhelming in my daily life. However, the fear of judgment and appearing weak prevented me from seeing a doctor. Eventually, I took the step to consult a kinesiologist in my village. With gentleness and kindness, this method helped me regain confidence and provided simple yet effective tools to manage my stress. Surprisingly, this approach resonated perfectly with my rational and methodical mindset.

Kinesiology
Kinesiology is a gentle and holistic approach that helps release stress, tension, and emotional blockages through muscle testing. By rebalancing the body and mind, it promotes lasting well-being and enhances your vitality. Whether you want to manage stress, boost your self-confidence, or relieve certain pains, kinesiology supports you in achieving overall balance. :)
