In advanced training in kinesiology, I offer sessions to support you with kindness in your quest for well-being and autonomy.

Kinesiology is a gentle and holistic method which, through muscle testing, helps identify blockages and imbalances that disrupt your balance. This practice can help you in particular:

• 🌿 Manage stress and anxiety to find serenity and calm on a daily basis.

• 🌿 Release emotional tensions and overcome blockages that hinder your development.

• 🌿 Release physical tensions and bring movement back to your body,

• 🌿 Sleep better and recover your energy to face your days with vitality.

Available times:

• 📅 Mondays and Wednesdays, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• 🌙 Possibility of appointments until 8 p.m., on request, provided you make an appointment before 4 p.m. the same day.

Each session is tailored to your needs and goals. My caring and attentive approach offers you a space to refocus, find a lasting balance and discover yourself.

I work with adolescents and adults (from 16 years old), to guarantee support adapted to everyone.
