Who am I?

Human behaviour and how it affects our health is a subject that has always fascinated me.

When I was very young, I discovered natural therapies that proved their effectiveness when conventional medicine offered few solutions. 

Kinesiology has been with me every step of the way. It has enabled me to understand my body's messages and to reconnect fully with it. 

I particularly like the fact that everyone is different and that we need to find different solutions for each person together. 

Having worked for a number of years in the socio-medical field, it was only natural that I should decide to train in Kinesiology and go into it professionally.
