The first session is about getting to know each other, defining goals, taking a medical history and carrying out initial hypnosis exercises. I usually only arrange two appointments at a time. Afterwards, we can discuss whether further appointments are necessary.

Please note that hypnotherapy is generally not covered by health insurance despite scientific evidence. In individual cases, some supplementary insurances may be accommodating due to the great benefits. You will receive a health insurance-compliant invoice, which you are welcome to submit.

First session flat rate 345 CHF incl:

• 2h hypnosis session
• Preliminary telephone consultation if required
• Video introduction to the world of hypnosis (20 min)
• Personal hypnosis audio for your own use
• Exercises for everyday life
• Support with questions (by phone / whatsapp)

First session virtual / online: 10% discount

Follow-up sessions: 165 CHF / h
