Ericksonian hypnosis facilitates access to creative flow, unconscious resources and the opening up of the field of possibilities for dealing with everyday challenges.

Hypnosis is a solution-oriented approach.

When a situation disturbs us, it is there to highlight what is blocked, what is resisting and to translate the dissatisfaction of one or more needs. The practice of hypnosis helps to overcome the usual limitations of the conscious mind in order to find solutions that lead to movement, questioning and positive change.

The hypnotic state gives you access to new perspectives that enable you to achieve innovative and creative solutions that your unconscious creates to measure.

My approach

The approach I propose is an interactive practice that enables you to liberate, connect, heal, comfort and make links quickly. On the borderline between dream and reality, it allows you to visit known and/or unknown lands, rich in colour and sensations. It unifies the different polarities that lie dormant in each of us, bringing compassion and gentleness to ourselves. I've always had a deep love of human beings, and have always been curious and interested in understanding our inner workings.

My practice has developed through encounters and life experiences. It has become more professional thanks to my training in hypnosis, NLP, coaching, systemics, yoga and social education. The practice puts movement back into your thinking, strengthens your resources and teaches you to connect with your intuition. Each session is unique, and you'll leave with concrete tools and exercises to help you move forward between sessions.
