After several enriching professional experiences, personal development and therapy naturally became a part of my journey—first on a personal level in 2003, and then professionally from 2009 onwards.

Through my interactions with patients, and thanks to their trust, generosity, and courage, I came to realize that each of us possesses the inner resources necessary for our own well-being. These invaluable resources, often buried or weakened by life’s challenges, simply need to be uncovered.
