Alexandre Guilmard specializes in hypnosis and coaching, with over ten years of experience in supporting individuals seeking to transform their personal or professional lives. A former senior executive and entrepreneur, Alexandre holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Geneva.

As a hypnotherapist, he is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis (ARCHE Paris) and Elman hypnosis (OMNI Hypnosis Training Center). Alexandre welcomes his clients in Geneva and Lausanne, and also offers Horse Coaching sessions at the Chaumaz Riding Center—a unique coaching method he developed that emphasizes the human-horse connection.

His sessions are aimed at those wishing to overcome repetitive behaviors, emotional blocks, or regain self-confidence and reduce stress. Through hypnosis, he helps manage sleep disorders, stress, and trauma. Alexandre also works on the mental preparation of athletes and leaders to foster optimal performance and reach a "flow" state.
