Who am I?
Supporting and listening to others has always been a passion of mine. This quest to understand humanity—its strengths as well as its vulnerabilities—has led me to explore new paths of personal development and well-being over many years.
As a primary school teacher for over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working with children and families from diverse backgrounds. It was in seeking ways to better support them that I embarked on a journey filled with rich and varied discoveries. I first became interested in mindfulness through the MBSR program (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), renowned for its benefits in stress management. This approach allowed me to develop valuable tools to promote relaxation and self-awareness, which I now integrate into my practice.
In parallel, earning a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) in educational support refined my coaching skills and helped me develop specific strategies to assist my students in overcoming their challenges and flourishing fully.
A training program on emotional management further enriched my toolbox, aiming to foster more authentic and compassionate communication. This deep understanding of emotions is now a cornerstone of my practice as a hypnotherapist, enabling me to address my clients' issues with greater precision.
Complementing my hypnotherapy training, I also obtained the ASCA diploma in academic medicine (anatomy, physiology, and pathology) to better understand the human body's functioning and approach my sessions with a holistic perspective.
Today, I bring my experience and all my skills to those seeking well-being, balance, and transformation. Whether it is for stress management, sleep disorders, smoking cessation, or other challenges, I welcome you into a warm and attentive space tailored to your needs. My approach is gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive, integrating hypnosis, emotional management, and a balance between body and mind.
The power of transformation lies within each of us; it simply needs to be uncovered—just like my name, which hides in the anagram ANYMAS.
I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your personal journey.
