Fascinated by the remarkable potential of our own healing power and that of our mind, my work and passion lie in supporting the person as a whole – both body and mind – in its physical and energetic dimensions, in order to restore balance, a healthy lifestyle, and long-term overall well-being.

I therefore favor a unique holistic approach that allows me to work on several aspects at once: the physical body through traditional naturopathy, the psyche more deeply through hypnotherapy techniques, and the energetic body through the Emotion Code method.
