Training and Experience

My career began nearly 20 years ago when I obtained my diploma from an ASCA-accredited school of therapeutic massage. I have always had a thirst for knowledge and have taken advantage of my free time to further my training. Thus, I have enhanced my skills with training in Hypnosis, where I became a Master Practitioner in Ericksonian Hypnosis, as well as in personal development. I have also had the opportunity to coach groups and individuals in Transactional Analysis. To date, I have completed 10 continuing education courses and have accumulated 30 years of experience in therapy.

My philosophy is based on a holistic approach that considers the human being in its entirety. I am convinced that the body and mind are deeply interconnected. To truly feel good, it is essential to work on all aspects of our being. I am committed to providing you with a warm, caring, and respectful care experience in a calm and relaxing environment.
