Who am I?

My name is Céline Delétraz. After many years in the administrative field, I decided to follow my intuition and heart by dedicating myself to therapeutic support and human connection.

Hypnosis has played a key role at several stages of my personal journey. Convinced of the effectiveness of this method in overcoming emotional and behavioral blockages and fostering change, I decided to train in therapeutic hypnosis.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is centered on empathy, kindness, and respect for each individual. I firmly believe that everyone possesses the resources necessary to evolve and that the unconscious mind is a powerful force to harness.

Whether you want to manage stress, overcome a phobia, quit smoking, boost your self-confidence, or achieve any other goal to enhance your well-being, I am here to support you.

I offer a safe, trusting, and supportive space where you can explore the inner resources you already have. My goal is to guide you on the path to greater well-being. Together, we will define your objectives and work toward achieving your goals. I will be by your side to help you make the necessary changes and live a more fulfilling life.
