As a trained nurse, I have always been deeply interested in psychology.

My personal journey led me to discover Gestalt therapy following an experience with psychoanalysis. This therapeutic approach, which integrates physical, emotional, and experiential dimensions, has profoundly influenced my personal and professional growth.

Today, I divide my time between working in a psychiatric correctional setting and providing individual Gestalt therapy. My role is to guide you on your path to well-being by identifying challenges and exploring your resources to achieve emotional and psychological balance.

During our sessions, we will work face-to-face on your needs, dreams, and aspirations while enhancing your self-esteem and decision-making abilities.

A graduate of the École Parisienne de Gestalt, I continue to deepen my expertise through ongoing training. My practice is supported by professional supervision, ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.
