I am an ASCA-certified Gestalt therapist, trained in Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and Ericksonian hypnosis.

Separation, grief, feelings of exclusion, relational difficulties, anxiety, compulsive eating, addictive behavior... Most of the issues that lead to therapy stem from intense past experiences that still disrupt daily life today. So, in the face of distress, how can we reconnect with the natural process that brings us back to life? With words, of course, but that's not all. The body also needs to be listened to. Various approaches help to experience new, more instinctive, and healing resources: Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing® (SE), EMDR, and hypnosis are the ones I have chosen to offer.

While hypnosis and EMDR (eye movement therapy targeting traumatic memories) are becoming increasingly known, Gestalt therapy is much less so. The German word "gestalten" means "to shape, to give form." In this sense, Gestalt therapy aims to shed light on a person’s interactions with their environment, how they connect with others, satisfy their needs or desires, and assert their boundaries... When these interactions are fluid, they support personal growth throughout life. On the contrary, when avoided or blocked by painful repetitions, they deserve to be explored through more autonomous and authentic paths. Working with me helps bring these contact mechanisms to light, through a dialogue between the body, thoughts, and emotions.

As for Somatic Experiencing®, a true revolution in trauma treatment, it focuses on the nervous system and the physiological imprint left by painful past events—specifically, powerful energy that remains trapped in the body, causing a freeze response in many situations that evoke the past. The goal is to create the right conditions for the person to confront this energy, transform it, and regain their natural vitality.

This is the experience I share with those who come to me with their distress, helplessness, and loneliness. My aim is to guide them with care, in a targeted therapeutic process, toward transformation, leading to more serenity and freedom.
