Dr. Mickaël Ransan 

After obtaining his Doctor of General Medicine degree in 2012, Dr. Ransan began his career as a Locum Doctor in various practices, both urban and rural. This experience allowed him to gain a deep understanding of his patients’ needs and to shape his own approach to community-based medicine. In 2015, Dr. Egger offered him the opportunity to take over his medical practice in Vaulruz, where he had served as a family doctor for 30 years.

As a family doctor, Dr. Ransan aims to provide personalized care for patients of all ages. Together with his team, he strives to maintain a welcoming atmosphere, reminiscent of a family practice, and ensures that appointments are available within short time frames. As a consulting physician, he also regularly intervenes at the St. Vincent Home in Vuadens and the St. Joseph Home in Sâles, providing continuous care for residents in these facilities.
