Ms Marion Mordasini 

Marion Mordasini is a certified practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method, a gentle and mindful approach to improving movement, posture, and overall well-being. Based on neuroplasticity, this method helps individuals rediscover natural, effortless movement, reduce chronic tension or pain, and enhance self-awareness through guided movement explorations.

It is suitable for anyone—whether you're seeking greater ease in daily life, recovering from injury, or looking to improve performance in sports, music, or dance.

Marion offers individual sessions in different regions:

• Monday in the canton of Neuchâtel: 08:30-09:30, 10:30-11:30, 14:00-15:00, 16:30-17:30
• Tuesday in the Jura (JU-BE, Seeland): 11:00-12:00, 13:30-14:30, 15:30-16:30
• Wednesday in Lausanne: 09:00-10:00, 11:30-12:30, 14:00-15:00, 16:30-17:30
• Thursday in the Aigle region: 09:00-10:00, 11:30-12:30, 14:00-15:00, 16:30-17:30

A group session is also offered on Tuesday evenings from 18:30 to 19:30 in the Jura, open to all in a friendly and supportive environment.
