The Centre Médical de la Jonction and the Groupe Médical d'Onex are delighted to welcome dietician and nutritionist Tatiana Bastide to their team.

Passionate about providing personalised care, Ms Bastide helps her patients to rediscover a healthy and peaceful relationship with food and their bodies. She encourages them to reconnect with their real needs and deepest desires, while respecting their personal values.

Her caring, individualised approach takes account of the specific characteristics of each patient, including any pathologies they may have, to guide them towards sustainable eating behaviours that are aligned with what's really important to them.

Having graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Human Nutrition in 2014, Madame Bastide has a rich and diverse background, reinforced by a number of training courses and professional experiences:

• 2025: Training in sleep disorders (CBT), schema therapy, ACT (ongoing).
• 2024: Dietician-Nutritionist ASDD - child overweight and obesity, smoking cessation
• 2023-2024: Mindfulness applied to dietetics - MBSR cycle
• 2022: Hypnosis specialising in psychonutrition, EFT
• 2021-2024: Specialist dietician - Hôpital de La Tour (Geneva)
