Prof. Dr. Dr. med. Ingo HAASE

Specialist in Dermatology and Venereology FMH

Ingo Haase is a board-certified dermatologist and venereologist and an associate professor of dermatology at the University of Cologne.

After completing his medical degree in Berlin in 1994, he trained at university hospitals in Berlin and Cologne. Following his habilitation in 2005, he served as the Head of the Polyclinic and University Outpatient Clinic for Psoriasis in Cologne. Since 2013, he has also overseen the dermatohistology laboratory. He specializes in all aspects of dermatology and venereology, with a particular focus on chronic inflammatory skin diseases. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in the treatment of thousands of patients with biologics and other immunomodulators.

From 1996 to 1999, Ingo Haase worked as a Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft research fellow at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund in London. He has published numerous original research articles and review papers in leading scientific and medical journals and textbooks.

A member of the Swiss Society for Dermatology and Venereology and the Zurich Dermatological Society, he also co-organizes the Zurich Dermatology Training Days and actively participates in many regional and national continuing education events.

He speaks fluent German, English, and Russian.
