The Lifestyle Change program offered by santé24 is tailored for individuals who suffer from high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, or lipid metabolism disorders, or who have a predisposition to these conditions. This may include conditions such as obesity, overweight or a genetic predisposition.

This one-year coaching program combines offerings related to nutrition, physical activity and mental well-being.
