Being a perfectionist by nature, I spent years over-adapting, which led to extreme fatigue and a significant lack of motivation despite all my material achievements.

At one point, I needed to take a new direction and discover a new perspective on life to find meaning.

That’s why I trained in different approaches to understand my functioning and to support individuals in their entirety—body, soul, and spirit.

My motto today is: Accept what is while knowing that everything can change tomorrow, if we give ourselves the means to make it happen.
