Sandra Filak

A graduate of the University of Geneva, I quickly developed an interest in the richness and complexity of human relationships. It was primarily the dynamics of intimate interactions that sparked my curiosity.

Naturally curious, passionate, and a lover of life, I devoted a large part of my career to teaching before transitioning into my role as a sexologist. With a wealth of life experience, I place human beings at the center of my work.

I work with individuals experiencing psychological or sexual distress, as well as couples in crisis, facing sexual difficulties or questions regarding partnership and parenthood.

My therapeutic approach is strongly influenced by systemic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and constructionism. Specialized in hypnosis, I can assist you in resolving issues that affect your daily life, relationships, self-perception, and intimate or sexual life.
