Massage, or massage therapy, is the application of a set of manual techniques aimed at improving well-being through hand movements on various living tissues.

This therapy primarily works on the skin, muscles, tendons, and ligaments (commonly referred to as soft tissues) and aims to enhance health, both physical and mental well-being.

Mrs. Bilonda M. Lattion offers services covered by certain Swiss supplementary insurance plans (LCA). Given the wide and diverse range of supplementary insurance options, each client is advised to first check with their insurer to determine whether the therapy is reimbursed under their plan and at what rate.

The rate for a one-hour consultation is CHF 120 (10 min anamnesis, 45 min massage, 5 min evaluation).
