Breuss Massage

A gentle, deep back massage that creates length and space between the vertebrae through slow movements along the spine. By acting on the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, it triggers a deep relaxation response. It also works on other levels by releasing existing blockages. Recommended for spinal conditions, back tension, and stress.

Reflexology

Plantar reflexology stimulates the body’s self-regulation capacities. Each area of the foot corresponds to an organ, gland, or specific part of your body. With precise, targeted touch, reflexology works in depth to release tension and help rebalance the immune, hormonal, and autonomic nervous systems, among others. It is indicated for long-standing health issues such as stress, insomnia, anxiety, migraines, digestive disorders, perimenopausal symptoms, inflammatory conditions, etc.

Payment is made in cash or via TWINT at the end of each session.
