Who am I?

I am originally from Finland. I love nature, vast forests, and rivers. I have a background in visual arts education and spent many years teaching in secondary and vocational schools.

Last year, I decided to train in massage therapy to work from home. I also appreciate the one-on-one connection with a person, after having worked with groups of 24 students every two hours!

I completed my classical massage training at the TCMA School in Geneva before moving to La Chaux-de-Fonds.

When should I get a massage?

A massage is beneficial if you feel tension or fatigue in your body, need relaxation, or experience tightness, tension, or pain in your shoulders, lower back, neck, or head.

Massage also helps improve sleep quality and provides relaxation after physical activity.

Note! In case of acute, sudden, or intense pain, you should consult a doctor or an osteopath.

I also massage pregnant women

Pregnancy is not an obstacle to massage—on the contrary! Prenatal massage can help expectant mothers relax more easily and release any tension in their bodies. During the session, emotions, mental state, and physical symptoms are considered holistically. Special pillows are used to support comfortable and safe positions, usually lying on the side or in a semi-seated position. Massage also helps reduce swelling, various pains, and joint discomfort. It can be safely performed throughout pregnancy.

Postpartum massage can speed up recovery. After childbirth, you can request a massage as soon as you feel comfortable. The massage positions are always adjusted according to the individual's condition. Babies are also welcome in the practice.

Children

Anxious or hyperactive children can benefit greatly from a 20–30-minute massage.

• 30 minutes: 60 CHF
• 45 minutes: 80 CHF
• 60 minutes: 100 CHF
• 90 minutes: 125 CHF
