After pursuing studies and a professional career far removed from the healthcare field, I decided to dedicate myself to my children and to caring for others’ children as well.

During this time, I discovered the world of essential oils in 2007, thanks to my first daughter, who experienced frequent nosebleeds. Not wanting to experiment recklessly, I chose to attend a two-day aromatherapy training course to safely explore their use for my family and myself.

This naturally led me to delve deeper into natural health, adding another string to my bow alongside my passion for homemade creations, whether in cosmetics, household products, or even occasionally in the kitchen.

In 2013, after a weekend workshop on energetic aromatherapy, I took the leap and embarked on a comprehensive, professional aromatherapy training. I learned about the powerful potential of essential oils in all their forms and fully integrated them into my daily life. In 2015, I earned my diploma in aromatherapy, and the following year, I began studying anatomy to achieve accreditation with ASCA & RME.

As my journey with essential oils evolved, I discovered manual therapies and, most importantly, Ayurveda.

In 2017, I decided to train in various Ayurvedic massage techniques, becoming an Ayurveda practitioner before continuing my studies to earn the title of Complementary Therapist in 2020.

Over the years, I have further enriched my expertise with holistic massage techniques, nutrition, yoga, breathing practices, and phytotherapy.

Since August 2023, I have joined the Usha Veda School as an Ayurveda instructor.

Still committed to lifelong learning, I aim to achieve the Federal Diploma in Ayurveda in 2024.
