My journey into the world of Ayurveda began in 2008 as a patient. This first encounter fascinated me deeply and awakened my interest in understanding the mechanisms of this age-old therapy. The soothing massages, invaluable advice and daily routines have not only provided me with invaluable support, but have also been a constant guide.

The knowledge and experience I gained during my training inspired me to share the benefits of Ayurveda and to continue my own learning on this path. I am currently a student at the EIVS (European Institute of Vedic Studies), where I am being trained by the renowned Vaidya Atreya Smith to become a naturopath in Ayurveda.

Here's an overview of my training and qualifications:

• Ayurvedic therapist recognized by the RME since 2015.
• Training in Ayurvedic Health Consulting and Massage from 2011 to 2015 at the Swiss Ayurvedic Medical Academy (SAMA) in Vevey.
• CFC in Pharmacy Assistant 2008 to 2011, obtained at Pharmacieplus des Franches-Montagnes, Saignelégier.

Services:

• Body therapy: Draining, toning, stimulating, harmonizing, regulating, relaxing, Ayurvedic massages have many benefits. Body therapy follows an interview that enables me to establish a health assessment to best meet the needs of the individual. My treatments are therefore designed on a case-by-case basis and are entirely individualized. Oils, powders, plants and spices are selected for their quality and their suitability to the needs of each treatment.

• Health advice: Ayurveda adopts a holistic approach to health, taking into account the whole person, his or her constitution, physiology, psychology, social environment and lifestyle. These fundamental principles guide our approach, providing you with essential advice and keys to maintaining or regaining your health. These include the adoption of daily routines such as healthy eating, breathing practices, yoga exercises, the use of mantras, meditation and body treatments.

Consultations last 90 minutes and cost 150 francs, payable at the end of the session.

These sessions are recognized by the RME (Registre des Médecines Empiriques) and are partially reimbursed by certain complementary insurance companies. We advise you to contact your insurance company in advance for more information.
