Ms Catherine Carrel 

Catherine Carrel is an experienced Ayurveda practitioner who discovered this wellness approach more than 20 years ago during her first massage course with Kiran Vyas in Neuchâtel. While raising her two children, now young adults, she continued her education by taking a reflexology course in Fribourg under Denise Gatoni.

Her passion for Ayurveda deepened after watching a film about its history, leading her to decide that this was the training she wanted to pursue. In the fall of 2007, after working for twelve years as an orthodontic assistant and ten years in maxillofacial surgery, she made the decision to go to India to train at an Ayurvedic therapy school. She stayed there for a year, studying at the Asho Clinic in Dharamsala with Dr. Shivani and Dr. Mahesh.

Following this enriching training, Catherine opened her own practice, first in Domdidier, then in Ecuvillens, and now in La Roche. She has also had the privilege of welcoming her teachers, Dr. Shivani and Dr. Mahesh, to her practice for various courses and treatments.
