Change and development are possible at any age and in any life situation, right up to the end of life. I am happy to contribute to this through hypnosis and flow. I discovered during my training as a hypnotherapist that hypnosis can naturally and easily bring more ease into life. As a hypnotherapist, I follow a modern and structured approach to hypnotherapy, which I tailor specifically to your needs. I have been a member of the Swiss Professional Association for Hypnotherapy SBVH since 2020.

Areas of Application:

Hypnosis is suitable for many topics and life situations. My main areas of focus are:

• Job, school, and leisure – work more comfortably, learn better, achieve goals
• More relaxation and energy – for stress, burnout, depression, postpartum, or just in general
• Overcoming fears and phobias – regain more self-control
• Supporting health – for health complaints/illness, after injury or birth
• Palliative care – relief for severe illness or at the end of life
