Corps, Âme et Esprit is a holistic space dedicated to overall well-being, integrating body, mind and spirit. It offers a cross-disciplinary approach to the treatment of physical, psychosomatic, psychological and spiritual disorders. Body treatments with Johann (ASCA and RME) :

• Medical massage: This multi-technique approach aims to relieve muscular tension, reduce pain, improve mobility and reduce the symptoms of many pathologies, including: backache, headache, neck pain, posture problems, shoulder, elbow or wrist problems, hip, knee and ankle problems, tingling, carpal tunnel problems, loss of sensation, etc...

• Sports massage or massage for various pathologies: This treatment aims to relieve muscular tension, improve recovery after physical effort and treat pain linked to specific pathologies.

• Massage for pregnant women: A treatment tailored to the needs of expectant mothers, to relieve pregnancy-related pain and promote relaxation.

• Manual lymphatic drainage: A gentle technique that stimulates lymphatic circulation, reduces oedema and improves the elimination of toxins.

• Foot reflexotherapy: A treatment based on stimulating reflex points on the feet to restore energy balance and relieve various functional disorders.

• Connective tissue massage (MTCO): A targeted method for working the fascias, improving tissue suppleness and releasing chronic tension.

• Electrotherapy: refers to the medical application of electrical currents using a special device capable of generating several types of current, which are applied to the patient by means of electrodes. Depending on the method used and how the electrodes are placed, it is possible to relieve pain, stimulate the metabolism and thus the healing of an injury, or improve muscle and joint function, particularly after an accident or immobilisation.

Fees for Johann's treatments (33% reduction for IV, AVS, APG or students) :

• 30-minute treatment: 60 CHF

• 45-minute treatment: 90 CHF

• 60-minute treatment: 120 CHF

• 90-minute treatment: 180 CHF
