Laetitia Barraud is a certified acupuncture practitioner, trained at the Institut Supérieur de Médecine Chinoise – Guang Ming ISMC, with additional training at the International Acupuncture Training Center in Beijing. She is accredited by RME, ASCA, and APTN, and recognized by Visana.

With over 20 years of medical experience as a medical assistant in endocrinology-diabetology, cardiology, and general medicine, she has been practicing full-time as an acupuncturist in Morges since 2019. Her approach is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which views the balance between body and mind as essential for overall well-being.

Acupuncture involves inserting fine needles at specific points on the body to restore energy flow. It can be complemented by other techniques such as moxibustion (heat application on specific points), auriculotherapy (stimulating acupuncture points in the ear), and cupping therapy, which helps relieve pain and muscle tension.

During the first session, a thorough assessment is conducted, including medical history, lifestyle habits, pulse and tongue observation according to TCM principles. This diagnosis helps tailor the treatment to the patient's needs.
