Vitor wendet die Klassische Osteopathie als seinen grundlegenden Behandlungsansatz an. Das Institut für Klassische Osteopathie beschreibt das Institut für Klassische Osteopathie wie folgt:
"Die Klassische Osteopathie bringt eine traditionelle Sichtweise in den Beruf ein, sie basiert nicht auf Manipulation, sondern auf Integration durch Körperanpassung, und deshalb sehen wir die Osteopathie sowohl als eine Form der Kunst als auch als eine Wissenschaft, die durch eine Philosophie bereichert wird, die uns hilft, den Organismus zu verstehen, die Art, wie er funktioniert und kompensiert." (ICO)
Vitor integriert auch Elemente von strukturellen und funktionellen Behandlungsansätzen. Dabei werden Gelenke, Muskeln, Sehnen, Bänder und Faszien nach Bewegungseinschränkungen untersucht und behandelt.
Vitor ist beim EMR, ASCA und EGK registriert und nicht Visana anerkannt.
Aktuell bietet Vitor Osteopathie-Sitzungen ausschliesslich auf Englisch und Portugiesisch, jedoch nicht auf Deutsch an. Vitor arbeitet mit Fleiss an seinen Deutschkenntnissen und kann somit hoffentlich schon bald Termine in deutscher Sprache anbieten.
Eine Behandlung dauert zwischen 45-60 Minuten und die Bezahlung richtet sich nach dem 5 min Tarif für Osteopathen und ist demnach abhängig von der genauen Dauer der Behandlung. Die Kosten variieren daher und belaufen sich in der Regel auf CHF 90 - 160). Wenn Sie eine Zusatzversicherung haben, übernimmt diese in der Regel einen Anteil der Kosten. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Voraus mit Ihrer Zusatzversicherung in Verbindung, um genauere Informationen zur Kostenrückerstattung erhalten zu können.
Vereinbarte Termine können bis 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin storniert oder verschoben werden, andernfalls bitte ich um Ihr Verständnis, dass diese in Rechnung gestellt werden.

We are pleased that you are interested in us. Our team consists of Vitor and Johanna. We are located in the heart of Bern, in the Kirchenfeld district.
Vitor uses Classical Osteopathy as his baseline treatment approach. The Institute of Classical Osteopathy describes it as follows:
“Classical Osteopathy brings a traditional view to the profession, it is not based on manipulation but on integration through Body Adjustment, and this is why we see Osteopathy as a form of art, as well as a science enhanced by a philosophy that helps us to understand the organism, the way it works and compensates.” (ICO)
Vitor also integrates elements of structural and functional treatment approaches. Hereby, joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia are examined and treated for movement restrictions.
Vitor is registered with the EMR, ASCA and EGK and is not Visana recognised.
Currently,Vitor offers osteopathy sessions only in English and Portuguese, but not in German.Vitor is working diligently on his German language skills and will hopefully soon be able to offer appointments in German.
A treatment lasts between 45-60 minutes and the payment is based on the 5 min tariff for osteopaths and therefore depends on the exact duration of the treatment. Appointments can be cancelled or postponed up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, otherwise I ask for your understanding that they will be charged.
