Off-Field is a center 100% dedicated to REHAB and PERFORMANCE:

• Amateur or professional competitive athletes
• Athletes wanting to participate in a competition (such as a race or trail, a mountain climbing event, or a championship for team sports) in the short or long term with a beginner level or a condition that needs treatment before starting.

As a sports traumatology specialist physiotherapist for the past five years, I have supported hundreds of athletes through their rehabilitation. I now work exclusively in this field to share my experience with you.

Our Gym are equipped with premium equipment so you can invest as much as your motivation allows in your rehabilitation. The Physiotherapy service provides care covered by health insurance and also offers a "Check-Up" service for 116 CHF, which includes a 1-hour assessment to evaluate your physical capabilities and offer advice to prevent injuries!

The center also features a Physical Preparation service to train areas not affected by pathology (the goal being to stay in shape during this period), or to optimize your performance even after the rehab phase is complete!

Whether you are an amateur or professional competitor, or if you aim to return to competition after a period of absence, our center is made for you!
