Hi, Welcome to my practice. In my mental health practice I seek to provide psychological counseling to English and Spanish speaking expats and foreign nationals that are navigating the challenges of living, working and raising a family away from their country of origin.

I am a Psychologist in Venezuela, and a U.S trained and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have 14 years of professional experience in the field of mental health, I developed my career in the U.S working in outpatient hospital settings as well as in private practice. I offer services online and in-person in my office in Geneva.

Services offered: Individual, couple and family counseling sessions. 

• Individual counseling: I provide individual counseling to adults presenting with a variety of presenting issues including: mood challenges, management of anxiety, histories of trauma, interpersonal/relational difficulties, adjustment issues, transition to parenthood, and parenting/family life as an expat.

I have training in evidenced based approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR.

Counseling sessions, 55 min 150 CHF

• Couple counseling: I am equipped to address the challenges a couple may present in their relationship including communication issues, conflict management, infidelity, transition to parenthood, multi-cultural relationships etc.. I'm trained in an integrative couple and family counseling approach where I utilize evidenced based approaches such as The Gottman Method, EFT etc.

First appointment, 90 min 200 CHF

Counseling sessions, 60 min 150 CHF

I offer a 30 min free consultation for all new clients. The purpose of the consultation is for us to meet virtually for the first time, gather basic information about your presenting issues and provide your with important information about my work and my practice. The therapeutic relationship takes time to build, if we determine after the consultation to move forward the next step would be to schedule two consecutive Assessment Sessions (60 min each) during these sessions we will explore with greater depth the presenting issues you wish to address, goals for counseling, background information etc.. After the assessment phase, we will proceed with scheduling counseling session to address the presenting issues you bring to counseling.
