Maja Meneghin
Osteopath
Thanks to osteopathy, my horizons have expanded, and my life has been enriched. My interest in osteopathy was sparked during my early experiences as a physiotherapist. This interest led me to pursue a five-year part-time study at SKOM, which I completed with a diploma in 2009. In 2011, I wrote my scientific thesis, and in 2012, I obtained the inter-cantonal GDK diploma. Alongside this, I attended various advanced training seminars and courses, particularly on pregnancy and pediatrics.
Since childhood, animals—especially horses and dogs—have been an important part of my life. It was a great wish of mine to also treat these wonderful creatures osteopathically. A few years ago, I decided to pursue a three-year part-time study in animal osteopathy. I completed this at the International College for Research in Osteopathy (I.C.R.E.O.) and obtained my diploma in early 2016.
As a passionate athlete and ambitious runner with many successes, I have a strong interest in osteopathic treatment for athletes, incorporating my own experiences into my practice. However, I welcome all individuals with various complaints.
I am married and a mother of two young daughters. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor sports or going for walks with my dog and family.
