Grew up in Adliswil/Zurich. School, high school diploma (Matura), and medical studies in Zurich.

Started professional training for 3 years at the Surgical Clinic of the Cantonal Hospital Baden. Followed by several years of further training at the Orthopedic University Hospital Zurich, Balgrist, focusing on all joints, feet, spine, and shoe fittings, the last year as a senior physician in the foot team.

Dissertation on a biomechanical foot topic at the Orthopedic University Hospital Zurich, Balgrist. Deepened practical, surgical activities as a senior physician in the orthopedic-traumatological clinic of the Cantonal Hospital Baden for another 3 years. Independent practice in Schaffhausen as a surgical admitting physician for orthopedic surgery at the Cantonal Hospital Schaffhausen. After 3 years, moved to the Cantonal Hospital Schaffhausen as a senior physician with 20 years of surgical experience in the comprehensive basic care for joint replacement, sports, and trauma surgery of the musculoskeletal system.

Started at Arzthaus on June 1, 2023, as a specialist in Orthopedics/Traumatology for evaluations, non-operative treatments for joint and back pain or accidents, and second opinions before or after joint replacement surgery of the musculoskeletal system. Referrals for surgeries to experienced surgeons.
