Having always been interested in the human body and its complexity, my path led me to study motivational fitness and massage therapy.

What a marvellous path, the body, the mind, the emotions, the energy... a path where my thirst for learning is insatiable, where every encounter is a constructive exchange, where every session is a human sharing, where every body has its own story.

After a 10-year diversions in the beautiful city of London, I'm back and I invite you to listen to yourself, to reconnect and take the time to look after yourself, to strive for that mental and physical balance that are so closely linked. Come and take care of that tension that's been bothering you for so many years, and gently bring yourself closer to perfect balance.
