At the dawn of my career, as an apprentice among the stars, I earned a diploma as a certified medical assistant (CFC) in 2006. Over 15 years, combining blood tests, laboratory analyses, and X-rays, I listened to the whispers of human ailments, illuminated by the light of my understanding. Like a brave sailor, I discovered naturopathy, diving into the depths of ancient wisdom. I listened to the songs of plants, deciphered the secrets of herbs and essential oils, and found refuge in the healing powers of nature.

Continuing in the medical field and pursuing further training, I sought to better understand nutrition and naturopathy, gently rocked by the waves of two wonderful pregnancies. Naturopathy and nutrition have given me the keys to balance, the compass that has guided my steps toward serenity and well-being.

Today, I wish to share the symphony of this balance, vitality, and happiness with you.
